Step1: Fill Out ERA Form:

The ERA form needs to be completed for each gauge. Provide contact, license, service desired, and gauge information. An ERA Number will be assigned once we receive the gauge. This form should be placed inside each gauge case being shipped.

Step2: The R&L Bill of Lading:

Complete the fields for your (shipper) address, number of gauges in the shipment, and transport index -- . If you are shipping multiple gauges, complete only one Bill of Lading and enter the total quantity of gauges in the field provided. The transport index can be found on the side of the gauge case and the diagonal Yellow II sticker.

Step3: Emergency Information Form (download)
Staple the Emergency Information Form to the Bill of Lading and hand each to the R&L Carriers representative that will make the pick-up. You will only need one Emergency Information Form per shipment.

Step4: Call R&L Carriers To Schedule A Pickup
Contact R&L to schedule your pick up. R&L can be contacted at 1.800.543.5589 or you can visit their website at http://www.gorlc.com . All shipping costs will appear on your final invoice.
