Johnny Williams, InstroTek’s Service Manager, has been with the company for 15 years. He has over a decade of experience with the NCAT ovens, forced air ovens and gyratories and had previously worked at Troxler for 17 years. His expertise extends past calibration, final assembly and repair. He has over 5 years of experience in sales support and customer service.
Kerry DuBiel served in the U.S Army as an Apache helicopter mechanic and achieved the rank of Sergeant. His military service included two tours to Afghanistan and Iraq, during this time he received numerous medals for his valiant service. Kerry is a proud North Carolina native and has been with InstroTek 3 years as nuclear gauge product technician. He helps manufacture of the Xplorer 3500, ValiDator and MC Elite gauges.
Cody Hughes was the Head Project Manager for a commercial cabling company before coming to InstroTek. Before that he served 6 honorable years in the United States Army as an AH-64D Apache Longbow Crew Chief completing 3 combat tours in Iraq. In his free time he enjoys working on electronic equipment, playing his guitar, and playing the drums. He does the service and customer support for all makes and models of nuclear gauges for the Raleigh Service Center.
Full 3 and 5 Block Calibration
Using NIST traceable calibration blocks and meeting ASTM D6938, D2950, D7013 and AASHTO T310 requirements for Nuclear Gauge Calibration and Verification.
Cleaning and Lubrication
Cleaning and lubricating all mechanical components for optimal performance under any condition.
Extended Electronic Inspection
Inspection of all electronic components using the most up to date electronic testing equipment.
Full Mechanical Inspection
Mechanical components are inspected to ensure proper operations on the field.
Detector Signal Adjustment
The detector signals are adjusted for any change that has occurred over time.
Top Bumper and Scraper Ring Included
Due to normal wear, the scraper ring and top cap bumper will require replacement for proper performance. These parts are always included with a full calibration and service at no extra cost.
