Here you will find answers to questions for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving common CoreDryPRO issues. It is designed for both end-users and support teams to help streamline the troubleshooting process.
CoreDryPRO registers “sample dry” only when chamber pressure reaches the Pressure Set Point (default: 7 mmHg) during a Bypass Cycle.
Confirm the unit is entering Bypass mode (look for “Bypass Cycle” on screen and illuminated indicator). Depending on sample moisture, this may take up to 20 Vacuum/Flow cycles.
Run with the chamber empty. The first Vacuum Cycle must reach at or below the Bypass Pressure set point (default: 12 mmHg). If not, contact InstroTek.
