On August 20th, 2008, InstroTek, Inc. completed the acquisition of CPN International, Inc. CPN, located in the San Francisco Bay Area has over 45 years of history and experience in the construction testing instrumentation.
In February 2015, InstroTek completed the acquisition of HMA Lab Supply, Inc. in Richmond, Virginia. HMA Lab Supply specializes in equipment and supplies for the asphalt and aggregate testing industry and has been in operation for over 14 years.
On May 16, 2018 InstroTek, Inc. completed the acquisition of Rainhart Company. Rainhart was established in 1945 by Charles Raines and Don Hart. Charles worked for Texas Department of Transportation and was a professor at the University of Texas.
